On behalf of the Editorial Board, we take immense pleasure in presenting the 235th (September 2026) edition of eMagazine PreSense, featuring an exhaustive and inspiring documentation of India's premier citizen-led parliamentary honours movement alongside vital perspectives on constitutional governance.
This milestone issue exclusively covers the grand proceedings of the 16th Edition of the Sansad Ratna Awards 2026, celebrated on 9th September 2026 at the Bhim Hall, Dr Ambedkar International Centre, Janpath, New Delhi. The ceremony marked a historic civil society milestone, crossing more than 150 presentations since its inception in 2010 on the advice of Bharat Ratna Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
